Christmas meeting, 2016

We were delighted to present:

• the raffle quilt to Ruth Overton;
• a cheque for £2400 to Dr Jim Hart, a paediatric consultant from the RD&E who was representing CICRA;
• a cheque for £2400 to Martyn Rogers and James Bond from Exeter Age UK/Men in Sheds;
• a cheque for £700 to Hospiscare.

Marlene also donated two quilts to the Hospice. After everyone’s hard work it was such a pleasure to see the money going to such good causes. Men in Sheds are going to put their money towards buying a much needed van.

After presenting the cheques we receivedletters of thanks fromCICRA and Age UK Exeter/Men In Sheds.

The evening was completed with a Show and Tell of favourite Christmas decorations and festive nibbles.
