Show and Tell, 10 November 2021

Mini Log Cabin Workshop with Joy Salvage, 21 October 2021

Joy’s workshop covered the basics of Log Cabin design and the createion of mini-log cabin quilts using a machine strip-pieced method.

The evening also included a Show and Tell of EQ members' work.

Wednesday Meeing, 8 September 2021

Exeter Quilters were delighted to present Marlene Chaffey with a life membership as a thank you for all of her work for the group over the years. She has been chairman and has machine-quilted many quilts for the group.

Wednesday Meeting, 11 August 2021

Photos of show and tell taken at our first in person evening meeting since the beginning of the pandemic. Barbara gave us a wonderful talk on eco-dyeing, what it is and the amazing range of colours that can be got from different leaves.

Whitestone Retreat: 13–15 August 2021

After so long in isolation we have been able to have a three-day retreat at Whitestone. Plenty of ventilation, masks when moving around and well spaced-out tables have made us all feel safe. Barbara gave a few people the chance to have a taster at eco-dyeing whilst the rest of us have brought our own work and caught up on the last 18 months' news. Each day we have afternoon tea and home made cakes.
